What is STOWD ONE?
STOWD ONE is a travel backpack with a dedicated vacuum-compression compartment designed to reduce the space taken up by soft clothing.
Is the electric vacuum pump included?
Yes. The black backpack is supplied with a black rechargeable electric vacuum pump and charging cable.
How does the compression system work?
Pack soft clothing into the compression compartment, close the airtight zip and use the supplied pump on the vacuum valve to remove excess air. Compression reduces bulk and helps you use the available space more efficiently.
Does compression reduce luggage weight?
No. It reduces the volume of soft clothing, not its weight. Always check your airline's size and weight allowance before travel.
What are the dimensions?
The bag is approximately 46 × 32 × 16 cm, expanding to around 22 cm in depth.
Is STOWD ONE guaranteed to meet airline cabin-bag limits?
No. Airline baggage allowances vary by airline, route and fare. Always check the current limits for your booking before travelling.
What should I compress?
The vacuum compartment is intended for soft items such as T-shirts, underwear, trousers and jumpers. Keep fragile items and electronics outside the compression section.
Does it have laptop storage?
Yes. It has a separate padded sleeve for a slim laptop.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, allow approximately 7–14 working days for processing and delivery. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Delivery charges are £14.99 to the European Union and £23.99 to selected international destinations, with the exact charge shown at checkout.
Can I return it?
Yes. For a change-of-mind cancellation, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. You pay the direct return postage cost for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
