STOWD Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with STOWD UK. Your contract is with Richard Johnson trading as RJ Commerce (STOWD UK). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, measurements are approximate, and vacuum compression reduces clothing volume rather than luggage weight. Airline allowances vary, so customers must check the current rules for their own booking.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price and any delivery charge displayed at checkout form the total payable for the order, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for current information.
Returns
Please see our Returns & Refunds page. It explains how to cancel an order, return a product and report a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. STOWD branding and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission except where allowed by law.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
